The Hex Voodoo Frog combines a lifelike toad form with pins, feathers, beads and distressed textiles, creating a compact piece inspired by the visual language of folk magic and cursed objects.

THE HEX

The idea of transferring a curse, wish or intention into a physical effigy appears throughout folklore in many different forms.

This Cursed Items interpretation turns that idea into a dark display object: a preserved frog surrounded by worn fabric, feathers, beads and steel pins, arranged to suggest an object prepared for a ritual whose purpose has long since been forgotten.

The aged box and weathered finishes give the entire piece the character of something discovered already complete, rather than a conventional sculpture placed inside a frame.

Created entirely from synthetic materials. No real animal remains are used.

The Hex Voodoo Frog comes fully arranged inside its distressed wooden display box, with the pins, textile elements and decorative details already in place.

It arrives assembled and ready to display, and the complete piece is protected inside a custom-made wooden shipping crate for international transport.
