SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Economy Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited options available at checkout

International Shipping We ship to over 28 countries worldwide including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and throughout Europe and Asia. International shipping times vary by destination:

  • Standard International: 7-14 business days
  • Express International (DHL): 3-5 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be automatically applied to qualifying orders.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your CrystalCloud Company account.

Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain products. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us at auracrystalcloud@gmail.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at auracrystalcloud@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
